The De Mendes products are a result from the work of many hands and many stories, but bear the brand of their founder, César De Mendes. With a deep knowledge of the cocoa production chain, this Amapá citizen living in Pará identifies and selects almonds with singular sensory excellence, in partnership with the traditional Amazon populations, who often harvest the fruit in native forests with difficult access. As a result, chocolates of distinguished terroir that, between one bite and another, transport their consumers to ancestral flavours and knowledge, through the appreciation of cocoa grown in indigenous villages or through the rescue of culinary traditions led by riverside women.
